Upper Makefield Township is a township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 8,190 at the 2010 census. It has the 8th highest per capita income for Pennsylvania townships. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 21.5 square miles (55.8 km²), of which, 20.9 square miles (54.2 km2) of it is land and 0.6 square miles (1.6 km²) of it (2.88%) is water.
